As founder of the company in 2009 Vince has grown & developed Millen into a forward moving innovative company. His drive and dedication is what sets Millen aside and always striving to achieve better. With a Ba in Business and 13 years of experience in Town Planning and Architecture Vince has the highest expertise and know-how to achieve results.

With a passion for sustainable building, Ben is our driving force behind ensuring all our sites are as renewable as possible. 18 years of experience in this field sets his knowledge and expertise to a leading level in the industry. In company with Millen, he sets to make a change for the better.

As co-founder of Millen & graduating from KLC school of design with a diploma in Interior Design, Lucy is our house Interior Designer. She has been fundamental in ensuring that all our interior projects are designed and thought through to the highest standard. With an eye for detail & design and in collaboration with the company sustainable ethos Lucy can source eco-friendly renewable products to complement each project.

Joe is our man when it comes to anything to do with the land; finding, buying, land acquisitions. His knowledge and understanding of the planning system show through his thorough analysis and ability to identify future and current sites. Joe coordinates consultants and contractors on site.

With a passion for Interior Design & sustainable living, Cheryl has been integral in ensuring all of our projects incorporate the latest and highest quality renewable products. Our substantial and ever-growing sustainable product library is derived from her dedication to sourcing innovative and cutting edge eco products.
